Bodega in Lanjaron
Thursday, March 16, 2017
I have not posted anything for a while, but everybody needs holidays, even me. First we went to Sierra Nevada to breathe fresh air and at the end we went down to a cute tiny town - Lanjaron. We started with regional cheese platter and olives.
A lovely main course - morcilla - that is a bit like black pudding, but in my opinion tastes much better, because of secret ingredients they add. It doesn't look spectacular, but it tastes so.
I wanted to try another local dish, so I ordered callos - it's a very specific stew ( more information in Wikipedia).
I recommend Bodega Gonzalez, because every time we go there we and our bellies enjoy it ;)
