Yesterdays spinach ended up on our plates with feta cheese and garlic, garnished with red onion and one fresh spinach leaf and pistachios, which I recently eat a lot.


With a special dedication to all that like green food.

I have to admit that I have never seen in Poland spinach with roots. I used to buy leaves in plastic bags or a frozen one, so when I saw at the market green leaves with strange roots, I didn't know what it was. Luckily merchants in Spain are very friendly and tell names, but sometimes it doesn't help at all, so they write them down, to check at home in the internet.

Today another vegetarian dish - lentils, spinach, onion and tofu instead of meat on my favourite, used pan ;)

On Saturday, like almost every weekend we went put cycling, after reaching top of Reina we made a very fast and delicious meal - pasta with spinach, feta and olives, garnished with sunflower seeds.
