chickpea soup

I got crazy about coriander, I haven't even supposed that I would love this taste so much. It reminds me our trip to Nepal and my Indian friend I used to work with, Ranjitha, who was explaining differences in our culture and food. Today I have made a chickpea soup with curry, turmeric, ginger, fish sauce with red pepper and chopped coriander.


I wanted to have even more coriander ;) Do you know this taste? I think you will like it or hate it. The taste is pretty strong and strange, but I really recommend at least to give a try.
