Melva is a typical fish from Andalusia from Scombridae family, it's similar to tuna or mackerel. Tastes more like meet than delicate, white fish, we are used to eat. Chris added Christmas accents, like red pepper and rosemary.

After Christmas eve our stomachs were a bit overloaded, so we added just a piece of home made bread.
